This
one-day seminar will help you prepare the statement of cash flows as per
US GAAP.
The statement is a key point of focus for investors. Preparing the statement
of cash flows is challenging because reconciling net income to operating
cash flows is not straightforward when there are non-operating changes in
assets and liabilities due to factors such as acquisitions, dispositions,
foreign currency translations, and other comprehensive income.
Moreover, a multitude of new accounting standards such as FAS 123R have
their own complex cash flow disclosure requirements. There is, thus, a need
for a comprehensive explanation of cash flow disclosure requirements.
This course qualifies for CPE credit.
