This course discusses finance's evolving role in driving enterprise performance and a framework to drive and deliver continuous value realization to the organization. Topics include:

By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

• recognize finance's role in creating, integrating and realizing enterprise value

• recall a framework to drive and deliver continuous value realization to the organization.
