KPMG Executive Education COVID-19 Response

KPMG is committed to the health and well-being of our professionals, our clients, and the communities in which we operate. We are taking recent developments very seriously, are actively monitoring the situation and continuously communicating with our professionals. Our actions follow guidance from relevant government bodies and public health experts, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and International SOS (ISOS).

As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation evolves, KPMG Executive Education is committed to keeping you informed with any updates that may impact your attendance at one of our public seminars. To that end, we are taking the following actions.


Public Seminar Session Availability

We are cancelling all sessions through May 31st. Our June and August sessions remain open for enrollment. While we hope and expect that we will be able to proceed with sessions after June, we will of course advise you if that changes.


June Session Cancellation Policy

In order to alleviate any issue that you may have if you enroll for a June session and need to cancel, we have an updated cancellation policy that will apply to our June sessions.

Registrants may cancel up to four full business days prior to the beginning of the course and receive either:

  • Full held tuition credit* toward a future program.
  • A full refund of the tuition fee

If cancellation is received three or less full business days prior to the beginning of the course, registrants will receive either:

  • Full held tuition credit* toward a future program
  • Refund less a $350 administrative service charge

* Held tuition credits will expire one year from the start date of the program originally cancelled and can be used by the original registrant or another member of their company to attend an Executive Education course being held at any time before such expiration date.


Venue Precautions

Your safety is a top priority for us. If you’re planning to attend one of our seminars, please be assured we’re working closely with management of our event venues to ensure that security and operations teams are following protocols for preventing and handling all types of potential health hazards, including contagious illnesses. Enhanced cleaning procedures are being continually evaluated for the benefit of the health and safety of guests and employees. In addition, shortly before any scheduled session, we will ask all participants, including presenters and program staff, to make certain representations about possible exposure to COVID-19 and other relevant matters to help ensure the health and safety of all participants.
